CLASSES
PUPPY Confined to puppies aged between 6 and 18 months on the day of the test.
Limited to 32 handlers & dogs.

NOVICE Confined to dogs which have not gained an award or Certificate of Merit at a field trial, or First, Second or Third in an open gundog working test or first in a novice gundog working test held in accordance with the 
K.C. Regulations.

OPEN Open to all breeds that hunt, point and retrieve.

START TIMES
PUPPY START: 08.30 for 09.00 prompt FINISH: by 11:00 approx, followed by prize giving.
NOVICE START: 10.30 for 11:15 prompt FINISH: by 13:00 approx, followed by prize giving.
OPEN START: 13:00 for 13:45 prompt FINISH: by 16:00 approx, followed by prize giving.
START TIMES Start times will be staggered, but you are very welcome to arrive earlier than required.
You will be split into groups and go from test to test with a steward.

 

ENTRIES & FEES
CLOSING DATE Entries close 1st July 2024. If we have more than 32 entries per class there will be a draw.
PAYMENT Enter your card payment details in the entry form below to make payment.
Your payment will be collected instantly by STRIPE our 3rd party payment as the form is submitted.
FEES Fees are per dog, per class:
G.L.P.C Members £12.00  – Non-Members £15.00

 

HEALTH & SAFETY
DISCIPLINE All dogs to be kept on leads except when participating in tests. Handlers please bring two clearly marked dummies. Its preferable that handlers only have the dog out that is doing the test.
Please respect the ground, pick up after your dog and take it and all rubbish home.
DOG SAFETY This event will be held in July and hopefully we will have good weather, this means you need to have suitable protection, ventilation and water for dogs in cars.

 

REFERSHMENTS & RAFFLE
REFRESHMENTS For a nominal fee, tea, coffee and bottled water will be available all day. Cake will be available in the afternoon.
RAFFLE Your support for the raffle would be appreciated and any donations gratefully received.

DIRECTIONS From A40 take A415 towards Standlake. After about 1 mile the entrance to Gill Mill Quarry is on the left.
From the A420 take the A415 Standlake and after 3 miles the venue is on the right.
