The German Longhaired Pointer Club AGM will be held on 18th April 2024 at 7pm, via Zoom.\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The German Longhaired Pointer Club Annual General Meeting will be held virtually on 18th April\u00a02024 at 7pm, via Zoom.<\/p>\n

In accordance with Club Rule 10(e), Members\u2019 proposed resolutions must be with the Secretary\u00a0no later than 20th March 2024, please send to Kathy Connor, Townland Farm, 80 Front Road,\u00a0Woodchurch, Kent TN26 3SA.<\/p>\n

All committee members and executive officers are required to retire and each is willing to stand\u00a0for re-election. There are two Committee Member positions available.<\/p>\n

In accordance with the Club\u2019s rule 4(i), nominations for Committee Member positions may be\u00a0submitted in writing to the Secretary and received on nomination forms, available on request, no\u00a0later than 20th March 2024. Nominees must be proposed and seconded by two fully paid-up\u00a0members. The proposers must state that their nominee is willing to serve and the nominee must\u00a0signify their willingness to serve in person at the AGM.<\/p>\n

Please note that in the event of a ballot, only paid-up full Members of the GLPC shall be entitled to vote
\nat an Annual General Meeting.<\/p>\n

Note:
\nSince the expiration of Kennel Club Regulation C5.e. on 31 st July 2022 and after consultation with The Kennel Club in order to clarify\u00a0that the club is permitted to hold its AGM virtually, The Kennel Club has confirmed that since the GLPC\u2019s constitution does not\u00a0require that club AGMs are physical meetings, it will be permissible for the club to hold AGM\u2019s virtually.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
