Renewal is on 1 st October each year and once again this year we have<br \/>\npeople failing to pay the appropriate increased rate. This means we are now<br \/>\nchasing \u00a32 or \u00a33 for the third year in a row. The work and time involved is<br \/>\ndisproportionate, and it is very frustrating for our Membership Secretary when<br \/>\nchaser emails are continually ignored.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">The Committee have therefore agreed that from 1 st October 2024, anyone who<br \/>\ndoes not pay sufficiently for their appropriate membership subscription will not be<br \/>\nconsidered a member for the purposes of preference or reduced cost in any Club<br \/>\nevents, or receipt of the newsletter. Invoices will be sent by email for any shortfall<br \/>\nfrom previous years. Thereafter, no additional chase messages or emails will be<br \/>\nsent \u2013 it is your responsibility as a member to ensure your subscription is correct<br \/>\nand up to date to gain access to member benefits.
