GLPC AGM – April 2023
The German Longhaired Pointer Club AGM will be held virtually on 20th April 2023 at 7pm, via Zoom.
In accordance with Club Rule 10 (e), Members’ proposed resolutions must be with the Club Secretary no later than 24th March 2023, please send to Kathy Connor, Townland Farm, 80 Front Road, Woodchurch, Kent TN26 3SA.
In accordance with the Club’s rule 4 (i), nominations for Committee Member positions may be submitted in writing to the Secretary and received on nomination forms which are available on request, no later than 24th March 2022. Nominees must be proposed and seconded by two fully paid-up members. The proposers must state that their nominee is willing to serve and the nominee must signify their willingness to serve in person at the AGM.

Please note that in the event of a ballot, only paid-up full Members of the German Longhaired Pointer Club shall be entitled to vote at an Annual General Meeting.
Note: Since the expiration of Kennel Club Regulation C5.e. on 31st July 2022, the GLPC has consulted with The Kennel Club in order to clarify that the club is permitted to hold its AGM virtually. The Kennel Club has confirmed that since the GLPC’s constitution does not require that club AGM’s are physical meetings, it will be permissible for the club to hold AGM’s virtually.
